i feel you, really?

the thing that i don't like the most is people know i sad i feels, how irritate i feels or just  any feeling than happy.

i don't exactly hate sympathy, but i rather feel ashamed of myself, for being sad when there are so many other BIG reasons to feel sad. like, losing a family member, a friend, or...i can't think of more. heh.

sometimes, i get upset for the smallest thing, example like how people treat me, i mean..you can't really go and tell people how to treat you right. if they feel that you deserve it, then you would received the right kind of treatment. and and i would agree that life is not that beautiful all the time, there might be people who treat you like rubbish even though you treat them well.

and yeah, i can't really do this kind of thing. like people come and ask me to tell them how sad or angry i am to them or to something. i really can't. i get angrier or sadder than i already had. by the time i part my lips to say something, i always, always end up saying the wrong things :/

i've always want to be secretive about how i feel, but most of them, they always don't go the way i want..what the hell.

this is pointless. 

ya know, whatever you do or say or feel, doesn't really matter to others. they are concerned, probably because they want to know what's going on, and that's just about it. they won't take you out and cheer the heck of you. they give you the a few words of encouragement which sometimes doesn't change how you feel a bit.

macam mana aku tau benda ni boleh percaya? sebab aku pergi buat treatment acupuncture last year, dia cuma tengok tapak tangan aku dan mata aku..instantly dia tau apa penyakit yang available dalam badan aku. aku ingatkan..perghh memang hebat la ustazah ni. sekarang pun, bagi aku, dia still hebat la jugak, tapi sekarang rahsia dia pun aku dah tau. hihi. 
dia mengeluh je time tengok kuku aku. sebab kuku aku merah dengan inai. malam sebelum tu baru je bubuh, mana aku tau dia nak tengok kuku.

uishh sebenarnya aku minat betul pasal kesihatan-kesihatan ni, tapi takde la sampai nak jadi doktor. limit aku sampai engineer je, insyaAllah. hehe.

Cuba anda lihat pada ruas jari2 anda...Kalau ruas jari kehitaman tu maknanya badan kita ni penuh dengan racun dan toksik.perkara tersebut boleh menyebabkan badan kita dijangkiti sembelit.

Seterusnya, kalau kita sebagai seorang wanita, cara untuk tengok system dalaman perempuan kita pulak, adalah dengan melihat pada jari kelingking kita.kalau jari kita meruncing atau bengkok, maknanya haid tak teratur, keputihan, senggugut, dan berkemungkinan rahim kita jatuh.

Kalau tapak tangan berbintik maknanya masalah angin.cube cek tapak tgn masing2, kalau yang suka marah2 tu mungkin angin dalam badan banyak.sebab itulah selalu rasa nak marah dan naik angin aje.

Selain itu, pernah tak sahabat2 mengalami masalah tapak tangan berpeluh atau lembab ke? jika ya, itu tandanya badan kita mudah diserang sel2 kanser.

Jika perut ibu jari berwarna biru kehijauan maknanya seseorang itu mengalami masalah resdung, alergi, dan penyakit paru2.sekiranya, perut ibu jari ada urat hijau kebiruan maknanya anda seorang pengidap gastric.

Selain itu, urat biru /hijau pada pergelangan tangan, tapak tangan, sepanjang jari dan betis kaki maknanya seseorang itu mengidapi stress atau tekanan dalam kehidupan sehariannya.

Seterusnya,ini saya kira yang paling menarik untuk kita tengok sekiranya kita sebagai seorang wanita. cuba sahabat2 tengok pada kuku setiap jari anda..jika terdapat bulan sabit berwarna putih di setiap jari anda bermakna anda mengalami hormon yang tidak seimbang.

Tapi berlainan pulak sekiranya anda mempunyai bulan sabit yang berwarna putih itu hanya pada ibu jari sahaja, itu menandakan anda seorang yang sihat..insya allah...

Ramai manusia yang mengorbankan kesihatan pada satu ketika untuk mendapatkan wang ringgit, tetapi akhirnya terpaksa mengorbankan wang ringgit untuk mendapatkan kembali kesihatan yang hilang..
